These terms apply to use of the VOLO Solutions Ltd website. They do not replace a signed agency, representation, sourcing, referral, confidentiality or facilitation agreement.

VOLO’s agency role
Unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise, VOLO acts as a commercial representative, sourcing coordinator, introducer or business facilitator. VOLO is not the manufacturer, supplier, buyer, seller, transporter, customs agent, financial institution, legal adviser or regulated operator in a transaction introduced through its network.
No transaction guarantee
VOLO does not guarantee the identity, capacity, licensing, creditworthiness, product quality, future performance or transaction completion of a third party. Preliminary checks do not replace independent due diligence.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and lawful information.
- Obtain independent advice where required.
- Verify counterparties and documents before contracting or paying.
- Comply with all applicable licences, taxes, customs, foreign-exchange and sector rules.
- Use VOLO introductions only for the authorised commercial purpose.
Mandates and fees
Any scope, authority, territory, exclusivity, confidentiality, expenses, fee structure or payment trigger must be set out in a written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Third-party providers
Independent professionals and service providers remain responsible for their own work, advice, licences, fees and contractual obligations.
Intellectual property
Website text, design and VOLO branding may not be copied or used in a misleading way without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Engagement agreements
A signed engagement agreement may include additional terms on authority, governing law, dispute resolution, liability, confidentiality and notices. Where those terms conflict with these website terms, the signed agreement governs the relevant engagement.
